Why Audiometric / Hearing Testing is Required

It is a mandatory requirement to undertake hearing testing (audiometric testing) of employees in most states when employees are required to wear hearing protectors. The local regulations require testing within three months of starting work and then every two years.

Each Audiometric Test Includes:

– Supply of a mobile Audiometric / Hearing testing booth and calibrated audiometer

– Audiometric / hearing Testing of individual employees by a fully trained audiometric consultant

– Audiometric / Hearing Test report

– Retention of each test result which will allow back-up in the event records are misplaced or destroyed.
